Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in is not possible because the villa is prepared for each arrival. Late check-out can be requested if the villa is free the next day, for a fee.

Email info@thill.pro with your dates and number of guests, and we send a pro-forma invoice. A 30% booking advance confirms the booking, and the balance is due 15 days before check-in. We accept bank transfer, cash, and Mastercard or Visa in person (3% fee). A refundable cash security deposit is paid at check-in; the amount is on your invoice.

Charges are a share of the payments you have made: 10% if you cancel 366 or more days before check-in (90% refunded), 30% at 181–365 days, 50% at 31–180 days and 80% at 0–30 days, with the remainder as a voucher valid for 12 months. Within 15 days of check-in, the full price is due. Full terms are in the Terms and Conditions attached to your invoice.

The tourist tax + insurance fee is €1.50 per person per night. It is not included in the rental price and is paid locally, usually in cash.

The private infinity pool is heated from 1 May to 1 October; how warm it gets depends on the weather. Outside that period it stays open, unheated.

Yes, with prior approval: up to 2 well-behaved dogs or cats. The fee is €50 per pet per night, plus a €500 pet security deposit, and the pet owner signs our pet addendum.

Yes — fresh bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, pool/beach towels, and basic toiletries are provided and refreshed as needed. Beach toys (SUP, kayak, bean bags, sun beds) are included for guest use.

The gourmet kitchen features an electric/gas stove, oven, side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, espresso/coffee machine, and full cookware/cutlery. The outdoor gas BBQ is ideal for al fresco dining with sea views.

Podgorica Airport (TGD) is approximately 50–60 minutes by car. Tivat Airport (TIV) is about 60–120 minutes. Bar town center (shops, restaurants, ferries) is just minutes away. A 4-star restaurant is right next door. We can assist with transfer arrangements upon request.
